  • Military Corps of Engineers — 19+ years of distinguished service, rising to Major.
  • Total delivered project value exceeding Rs. 7 billion.
  • Garrison Public Library, Multan Cantonment — complete project management, Rs. 210.7M.
  • Commercial plazas (Bahria Town, Peshawar Road); 200 KW and 50 KW solar installations.
  • International procurement: €1M KBA Rapida printing machine from Germany.
  • 10 km road network, Risalpur Cantonment; 100 m underground firing tunnel.

Disaster Response

  • Kashmir earthquake, 2005 — first responder at collapsed Margalla Towers; led battalion rescue operations in Bagh (8 months).
  • Flood relief, 2010 & 2022 — rescue of 5,000+ people (2010); Staff Officer to the Surveyor General coordinating national flood response (2022).
  • Marriott Hotel emergency, Islamabad 2008 — led relief and rescue operations.
